Hi, I'm Justin Your Perfomance Coach
In a very short period, I probably made nearly all the mistakes possible, but at the same time I did something right – which was keeping my losses extremely small and never getting kicked out of the game. After a few years working as a sales trader and broker in the industry, the Great Financial Crisis hit. At that point in time I was young, ambitious and had experienced my own streak of dumb luck suggesting trades to clients which ended out being successful. So when the financial industry started to change, I decided to trade for myself.
That decision set in motion a series of events that were anything but pleasurable. But through the years I was blessed to first find a way of interacting with the markets that suited me, and then I gradually built up a network of industry contacts that helped me complete my trading model. At that point my desire was to help other aspiring traders avoid my mistakes.

Justin Paolini currently works in the financial industry and is qualified as an Independent Financial Advisor in Italy. He has over 12 years of experience trading FX of which 3 were spent as a Sales Trader and as a Broker. Previously he was Head of Trader Development at FCI Markets, and analyst at 3CAnalysis, producing institutional grade directional calls. His market commentary has been published on Yahoo! Finanza, Trend Online, FX Street, OrderFlowtrading.com, ForexTell.com. For the past 10 years he has dedicated himself to helping others succeed has been a guest Lecturer for the University of Ancona on Trading and Market Dynamics. Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance, and a Master’s degree in Finance, Banking & Insurance.
